• Principles of technical drawings across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic fields.
• Mastery of universal symbols for valves, actuators, piping, and process equipment.
• Interpreting Tag Numbers, identification codes, and pneumatic/electric signal lines.
• Analyzing instrument loops, alarm schemes, and Safety Instrumented Functions (SIF).
• Real-world tracing of process flows, identifying hazards, and determining isolation points.
• Utilizing P&IDs for safe commissioning, routine operations, and maintenance planning.
